PLEASE NOTE: All those who choose to attend the meeting in person will be on camera. If you wish to remain off camera for the meeting, we invite you to join us online.
Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Mondays of each month, with the exception of the months of July, August and December or when holidays fall on a Monday then Council is usually scheduled for Tuesday. Special meetings are held as required. Agenda packages are prepared, ready for delivery and posted on the municipal website prior to a meeting.
The public is welcome to attend all regular public Council meetings. Those wishing a delegation must make their request to the Clerk's office and provide the documents that are to be included in the agenda package no later than Wednesday at 4:00 pm the week prior to the Council meeting.
Public Planning Committee meetings commence at 5:30 pm, unless otherwise advertised. Regular public meetings of Council commence at 6:00 pm, unless otherwise advertised. The Committee of the Whole meets at 3:00 pm unless otherwise advertised. Meetings are held in the Council Chamber, 3720 County Rd 34, Alexandria, Ontario K0C 1A0.
