BGC Glengarry

Boys and Girls Club Cornwall/SDG recognizes that every child has the ability, potential, and skills to fulfill their individual dreams. Their programs are organized by qualified staff and take a child-focused approach to help develop self-esteem, cultural awareness, confidence, behaviors of healthy living and a desire to become positive members of the community.

Programs offered include:

• After School Program is a welcoming place for kids, ages 6-12, to come after school to make friends and participate in fun, engaging activities that focus around health, physical literacy, creative expression, and much more.
• Teen Program is a free drop in program for ages 13-18. A program developed to give youth a safe place to hang out, learn leadership development and build a positive connection to the community.
• Summer Camp brings fun filled activities to the kids in the community all summer long.

The programs are run from the Sandfield Centre located in Island Park (102 Derby Street West) in Alexandria.
