Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6 pm and Saturday alternating mornings at 10am

Inclusive Yoga

Fridays from 1:30pm - 2:30pm

The session of inclusive yoga at the Sandfield Centre (Island Park) starts on April 11, 2025 and ends May 30, 2025.
