Regular Council Meeting Schedule 

Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Mondays of each month, with the exception of the months of June, July, August and December. Special meetings are held as required. Agenda packages are prepared and ready for delivery and posted on the municipal website the Friday prior to the meeting.

The public is welcome to attend all regular public Council meetings. Those wishing to be a delegation must make their request to the Clerk's office and provide material to be included in the agenda package no later than 4:00 p.m., the Wednesday prior to the Council meeting.

Regular public meetings of Council commence at 7:00 p.m., unless otherwise advertised. Meetings are held at the Sandfield Centre, 102 Derby Street West, Alexandria, Ontario K0C 1A0.

Réunion du Conseil

Les réunions du conseil municipal sont planiflées pour le deuxième et quatirième lundi de chaque mois avec l'exception des mois  juin, juillet, août et décembre.

Les réunions sont ouvertes au public et auront lieu à 19 heures à moins de changement au Centre Sandfield, 102 rue Derby ouest, Alexandria, Ontario K0C 1A0.

L'ordre du jour est disponible le vendredi précédent du lundi la réunion planifiée. Une personne qui désire apparaître à l'ordre du jour doit contacter le bureau municipal le mercredi précédent la réunion planifiée.
